4w6 12's and 2 1000/1 jl audio or 2 t1 and 2000/1 rockford fosgate in a cut cab which one would be better to get. I can get both systems done for around the same price. but dont know which one to get

I think your main concern should be sub box design. Do you have enough space for all those woofers? 'Cut cab'? Are you talking about extended cab? please explain that if you could please.
