Component vs full range

I want to get speakers for my 1995 toyota tercel 2dr, but I don't know what kind I need. component or fullrange what's the diference?

Either will be better than stock, but you need to know what size will fit in this vehicle. Door mounts are much better than dash mounted speakers as many times, a larger speaker can be fitted into the doors as compared to dash.

If you are only planning to use the HU to power them, Coaxials are not a bad choice at all. Especially the styles that have swivel socket tweeters you can aim.

However, if you really want superior performance, a modest amp and Comps are the way to go. Most guys who want great performance will go Comps in front and Co/triaxials in rear, then a sub w/ amp too.

Depending on your budget, many price ranges out there to suit your wallet. Solid performers would be Infinity, Polk, RF, CDT, Focal, Diamond or Adire Koda 6.1's. Depends on your budget and HU/amp power.
