does Constant 12V+ mean battery and Switched 12V+ mean ignition.. im new to this so.. i need help

What did the Doc give ya for your sore back? I've been having real problems with Sciatica, sore and stiff back/legs, and some nasty bruises are present above & below the belt line for about 3 weeks.
Seems like sitting and sleeping really aggravate the situation and I have been living on Tylenol or Motrin the past 3 weeks. Basically, I feel like an old cripple (Unrelenting pain) and know a few pinched nerves are present and perhaps a herniated disc. (L5/S1???)
Muscle relaxer and a strong pain killer?

Yeah, I get Ultram, a strong non-narcotic painkiller and soma, a muscle relaxer. I also go to physical therepy twice a week.
