I have a new amp it is a dual XIA2460, I got it for a real deal so I was wondering what one 10" maybe a 12" sub would sound the loudest/best with this amp.
And one more question, has anyone ever heard of subs called: PowerUp by RiteSound YE-1002-2 Speaker Subwoofer Box already enclosed with 2 10" subs.

First of all I'll suggest you get (1) 12 " DVC2ohm subwoofer and bridge your amp to give it a 4-ohm load. That way you will have space in your trunk. The amp states it's 300 watts RMS x 1 in bridged mode. If you don't have power wires installed it's be best using 4g size wire if you are planning on upgrading system later. As for the sub i'll recomend the Alpine SWR-1242D or the Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 D. This setup I have given you should give some decent bass and quality sound and may even turn a few heads. The subs you mentioned I have not heard about, but will do a research on it.

Amp Details:
» 2-channel car amplifier
» 100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms (145 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms)
» 300 watts RMS x 1 in bridged mode (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)
» variable high- and low-pass filters
» variable bass boost (0-12 dB at 45 Hz)
» class AB output design
» CEA-2006 compliant
» speaker- and preamp-level inputs
» fuse rating: 40A x 1

IS that a good Amplifier for now?
Ok anything good as for like two 10" just curious to see my options, and If you could get back to me on those ritesound things because I am also curious to see if it would be worth the money, they are like 50$ for two 10" subs, enclosed facing each other, with a fiberglass shell. The box is made by Rite Sound, but the Subs are something called Power Up

Go with DK's suggestion and use a single 10 or 12" sub, 2+2 DVC or a 4 ohm SVC for this amp.

The amp is fair and rather new to the US market. It will make a decent mid/high amp for front speakers later too. (if you choose to upgrade the sub amp to something with a bit more bump.

Alpine and Infinity both make very good subs. Th Rite Sound mentioned, is probably a BandPass system and uses cheap subs. Do you have a link to that product?

Ok Sounds good, thank you guys again, but I may just go with the MA Audio Amp that you mentioned to me before in one of my previous questions, thank you Swez and DominicanKiddo.

Just remember to match the amp and sub choice for best performance.

A Class D amp does best at 2 ohm loads. (A 4+4 DVC is the right choice) If you find a 1 ohm stable Class D amp you like, then use a 2+2 DVC.

However, if you run a 2 channel Class A/B amp and bridge it to Mono, use a 2+2 DVC or a 4 ohm SVC sub.
