i have a 1995 lincoln mark 8 srs and i want to install a aftermarket amp to my factory settings i have no need to change my head unit cause it is a 10 disk changer so i just want to add a 10inch sub and a 200 watt amp to my factory radio and amp

that should not be too bad. There is a hrns made by metra called a premium amp bypass and with this you could make your connections in the back where the amp is mounted(behind the trunk liner on the passenger side attached to the seat or rear deck).
