By-passing stock amp in 96 Ford Explorer

How's it going guys? I have volunteered to install a pair of JL 10w3v2 in a sealed box powered by a 500/1(I'm getting quite a bit of action with JL 500/1 Latelly) The vehicle is a 96 ford explorer with a stock amp powering the front and rear door speakers.

What are my options to by-pass this amp. Is there a wiring harness that can be used or wil I need to run new wires from factory harness to each speacker bypasing the stock amp. All suggestions are greatly appreciated

I found the harness needed at Crutchfield. Thanks

stock amp is in passenger side rear quarterpanel. whole panel needs to come out, but isn't too bad. have to pull a LOT of stuff to get there, though.

anyway, if it's metra, the part number will be 70-5715 or 70-5716, i forget which one. if adding an aftermarket deck, it runs the antenna wire and antenna turn on to where your new deck is going, so that's good.

Installation success! I installed the 500/1 and 2 -10v3v2 in a sealed box using the crutchfield premium system amp by-pass wiring harness this morning. Very simple project and the subs sound real nice!
