the amp is 700 watts max, 350rms at 2
ohm and 200rms at 4 ohm I have no idea what ohm the speakers are

MTX subs come in 4 or 8 ohm versions. You can either measure the voice coils with an ohmetere or look on the magnet as they usually stamp details like the lot #, mfg date and ohms value of the voice coil.
Hard to spot as they are not stamped on the back of the magnet ssy, but rather the edge of the magnets in a blue ink. Look close and you may be able to figure this one out.
Finally, what amp do you have here? Is it a 2,4 channel amp or a MONO (1 channel) amp?
