Does this car have a bose system? jbhood171 on 05/2/2006 18:25:53 yes it has the bose premium system ttocs on 05/3/2006 02:27:07 was that in the title already or did you change it? are they all the same gauge of wire? normally the signal wires are a smaller gauge then the power wires. It would be helpfull if you could take a pic of it as this is one of those times when ya kinda need to be there. jbhood171 on 05/3/2006 18:11:22 i can do that where would i send it to and i bought the car used so im not sure but the guage of wire is really small ttocs on 05/3/2006 22:54:44 HUH? Talk slower and I will try to lip read and make sence of what you just said....... swez on 05/3/2006 23:33:44 Ttocs, he said.. he'll take pictures and show us what he's looking at. Use photo-bucket or a similar pic sharing site with links. That way, several of us can get a good look and make some suggestions. It sounds like the Bose system may use 2 speakers in the rear. A midrange and tweeter. My guess, each MR & TW has it's own + terminal and a shared ground wire from the Bose amp system. The question is... can we confirm this assumption or is there more to it? The goal here, can he tap off the Bose speakers to power a sub amp and sub(s) or maybe find a usable line level at the Bose amp inputs, to power his sub amp/sub. Got all that?
