Hey guys, posting this up cause i never had an experience with Cerwin Vega before,

I got an offer for some subs, front components and rear coaxials, all used for 2 years, with Rockford amps in a decently bumping setup.

They seem to be in very good shape, and the specs are ok too,

and 2 of these subs,

Am getting the full package for like $ 350, what do you guys say, is it worth it?

i am in double minds and confused, so didnt know of a better place then CK to resolve it.

Thanks in advance,

Victor...

Ps. I am not sure of what I will do with this, dunno probably will sell it off to some low budget customer, or even run it for a while in my moms car. not yet decided. They are at present owned by one of the Dealers I know and he kinda needs money and has put out a few things to sell. Just wanna help him a bit. But also dont wanna make a loss out of this deal.

Have you demo'd the system and heard enough to say all is A-OK? If that answer is yes, and you see a need to...

1. Help this guy out of a money pinch
2. Give you Mom a nice sounding system
3. Sell a low budget system at a profit that sounds good

Any one of those reasons are honorable and to mutual benefit. I'd say, why not?

Consider the retail price of the gear when new and figure 30-50% depreciation as it is now used. The price is pretty much whatever the buyer is willing to pay for a given item and how motivated the seller is, at a given point in time. The other side of the coin, is what will you do with it if you buy it?

1. Install to Mom's ride
2. Sit on it for a time
3. Flip it at a profit

sit on it for sometime, till then try to find a buyer for a profit, and then if i dont find a good one install it in my moms ride.

the present msrp for brand new stuff wud be around $600, and he's giving it to me at $350
