does anyone know of any fusion dealers (besides frys because they only carry the encounter series) in the houston area...or online for that matter....cant really find them

Have you tried a google? I'm not sure what surrounds Houston, but here is some more in Texas. Could be a territorial thing though.

If that doesn't work, try from another state and see if they will ship with a manufacturers warranty.
