This is a 4 channel amp right? (It's rated at 25 Wrms x 4)

There are several possibilities as to what is wrong here:

1. Channels not working have blown output transistors
2. The RCA input jacks on that channel are loose
3. Internal damage to part of the power supply that feeds the dead channels

Do you have any electronic testing and repair experience and a good Volt/Ohm meter? If yes, then pull the covers and remove all hardware and wires so you can get the PC board out.

If you want to learn something and try to repair this amp DIY, can walk you through some steps. You'll need some good basic tools to do this:

1. A meter that measures voltage and ohms (VOM)
2. A good magnifying glass
3. A strong light source (75-100 watt bulb)
4. A soldering pencil or low watt gun
5. Tweezers, needle nose pliers and or forceps
6. Small dia 60/40, rosic core solder
7. Solder wick braiding

Do you really want to do this now?

It all depends on the condition of the circuit board inside and how much your componets and tools will cost. Have a look at this link:

If you really want to learn the details and do these repairs for self and others, this is well worth the price of admission. Just be aware that it generally takes and Associates Degree in Electronic Technologies to get the most from this tuitorial. But if you are very motivated and get some heavy reading under your belt, one can gain enough knowledge to be effective in 3-6 months.
