are you trying to use this visor with the pioneer 6700 if so im sorry my friend that unit does not have a video output nor does it play dvds or any video formats.... you asked is this what i need to hook the sound into my cdplayer, i dont understand your question... but the two products you mentioned will not work together. sorry

no no i know that im going to put a ps2 in there and i want to run the sound from the ps2 to my cd player to go in to my system my subs and stuff like that i gess i did say it rong

check this out, i have no experience with ps2 and car audio together but this looks like what you need. it does mention a 1volt or less source is needed or a volume control... so im not sure how well this will work... also a model higher also has another ip-bus plug in so you can use a cd-changer as well as another source through the rcas, let other comment first tho. good luck
