Does dual mean I can run two power wires through here? And does this accept two fuses then? Also it a must to fuse you battery positive to alternator positive wire?

Yep, it has a 1/0 input and 2 outs. Can use up to 2 fuses and 2 different line out gage wires too. The set screws and output holes will handle 1/0 and smaller line outs as needed. Not a bad product for that price.

I have to tell you that ANL style fuses offer little more then a pita to put on and off. You need to loosed or remove the screws on each fuse. Go with a standard glass or wafer style.
