Ok to start off with I have a pionner DEH-P4650MP[2004 blue screen green buttons] I have and ebay no brander 7inch tft monitor[2 in fact] And an CD-RB20. And a few amps and subs bu thats not important.
What i wan to do is Get the 2 sound rcas from my ps2 into the CD-RB20 which is ment to deliver the sound threw the stacher input into the deck and inturn into the amps and then im ment to be able to watch dvds in my car.
But there seems to be a problem some where, to start off i cant get the deck to go to the multi cd function, according to deck manuel if i press the souce button its ment to go to mulit cd which if everything was working then I would be able hear the ps2.
So im asuming that because the deck wont go to multi cd then the CD-RB20 isnt geting power to it, it is wired as follows, black to ground, fused yellow to battery cable["to a terminal always supplyied with power regardless of ignition switch position"] and other yellow non fused to and acc cable[" Connect to Multi CD uncwitched power supple"]
All grounds and fuses are ok so im lost as to what is going wrong as far as i can see it must be some kind of powering probelm, of i was mistaken in connecting the 2 yellow cable to the acc and it is ment to go somewhere else.
Clear and knowlageable help would be greatly appreciated.

with my experience with pioneer head units you need to turn the aux input funtion on... to do this you need the deck powered off, then hold the function or audio button, cant remember which, but it brings up the menu to change contrast, clock, the beep beep when the vehicle is shut off and the aux input... is this what you were looking for?

http://202.136.168.2/storefront/manual/DEH-P4650MP.pdf

goto page 34-36

this is the operation manual, shows exactly how to turn on and off. your problem is hopefully that easy, turn that on and tada every thing is good to go. good luck

After a little more thinking i think I may have wired the second yellow cable wrong 'other yellow non fused to and acc cable[" Connect to Multi CD uncwitched power supple"]'
I think this one is ment to go to the stacker to turn it in and off, i have no experiance with stackers so im not 100% sure. But since i dont have a stacker i asume it doesnt go anywhere.

compvr15s Idea of turning on the Aux function on sounds right anyone with some exact procedures that would be greatly apprecated.
And concidering the fuse hasnt blown [3amp] im guessing i havent cooked the CD-RB20 it never got hot or warm so i guess it will be aok.

that pdf file shows the steps, just turn the power off by holding the source button for a few seconds, then press and hold the function button until the clock comes up, press the over button untill you get to aux, then once there press the up or down button to turn it on and off... very familiar with this process have personally owned 4 pioneer organic display head units in the last 3-4 years...
