Hello, I am rather new to the car audio scene and have just installed my first cd player. It is a pretty nice pioneer head unit that costed my brother about $300 2 years ago. I have really been doing some research on what kind of sub i want and I think that I have settled on the cerwin vega stroker. I was planning on getting either one 12" or 1 15" and hooking them up to a RF 1000.1bd amp. I can get both of these off ebay together for 700-800 and I would like to stay in that area if possible but a little higher isnt that big of a deal. If you know of a better setup, what kind of box to use, have any tips on wiring, or just some general comments they would be greatly appreciated!
