subs w/o interfering with existing system

I like the sound of my existing system (kenwood deck and factory speakers, no external amp) but would like to add a applified sub box without interefering with the exixsting system. There are no sub outs from the deck (KDC-MP228) just front and right left and rears. Thanks for your suggestions.
