i have a 1985 toyota pickup, regular cab. there is very little room behind the seat to fit my two 10" rockfords behind. i am also 6'4 ( a big guy) and i need the seat all the way back. i bought a really sic rockford fosgate setup and have the two subs in two seperate boxes just sitting in my front seat. theres no way i'm giving up the sound but i need to find a place who makes thin boxes that would fit my truck without compromising the leg room. please help anyone

2-10"s in a standard cab truck is tough, especially when you try to put in an amp er two....

I don't think anyone makes any specific aftermarket boxes that will fit. you will probably have to build them or get them built.

could always do a "blow through"....cut out behind the seat and the bed....put a rubber booot on it...have a fiberglass box permantly mated to the bed ....but im sure thats out of the question especially if this is a daily driver...

I had the same problem when I had my 84 toyota pickup. Being that I am 6'4 305lbs throwing a system in there was a SOB to say the least. I had to move the seats all the way 4ward and make a Sealed Wedge Box that fit behind the seats to house two Kicker 10" Comps that i purchased from a friend and threw a 400watt RF Punch amp underneath the seat.

Grantid It was bit uncomfortable to drive in after that since the seat was 4ward, i didnt want to loose my beat so i dealt with it. Now every automobile i look at i factor in my need for space for beat.

Like said above, you could also do a BlowThrough if you didnt want to sacrafice leg room.
