my question is in regards to the the harness for the amp turn on, amp ground, and sub audio +/-. From the Metra harness where do I connect the wires to the Kenwood Harness? Is the amp and sub ground a common ground? If so can I just chassis ground them both right from the Metra harness? Where do I connect the positive leads (amp turn on and sub audio) to the Kenwwod harness? Thank you for all the help.

unfortunatly I am not too familiar with that factory set up. the amp turn on will go to the remote turn on, on the radio(blue with white or blue wire), the amp ground can just go to the chassis. It sounds like your hrns has a seperate subwoofer input? Is it rca or speaker level? I wouldn't guess that they are using a common ground system for that input, they rarely use them anymore. Your deck should have a sub output right?

sorry about the long reply. the stock harness sub imput is speaker level, however the deck only has rca outputs. don't know what to do without sacrificing signal quality. just to clairify the amp wire off the harness can just be grounded to the chassis, no need for common ground system? thank you
