Attempting to remove a Clarion DB318RG CD Player from a Hyundi Accent (1995) as it's defective. I've got the Clarion removal keys, but can't see anywhere to slot them in! Can anyone help???? Thanks!

normally the slots are behind the trim ring, that surrounds the face plate. Take the face plate off and you should be able to then gently pull off the trim ring. I don't think your car has an iso mount but ya just never know. In an iso mount you will use the factory mounting brackets to mounth the radio, then slide the dash over it. If this is the case there will be no trim ring, and you will have to pull the dash off to take the radio out.

yip. your car is indeed an iso mount. you're gonna have to take the dash off to get the deck out.

that isn't the dash where you have to disconnect the climate controls behind the dash by the pedals is it?
