I just received the receiver but im having problems i put in the wiring harness and everything but the receiver isnt playing any radio or cd's no audio comes out only thing you can hear are the beeps it does is there a special setup that needs to be used i also pluged in my old sony and it worked right away on the left corner it shows a volume icon with a X on side im things thats the problem but ive did everything zero sound? Or do i need to make it ro rca plugs now i have no clue tried everything thanks

sometimes there is a reset button that needs to be pushed. Is everything insulated properly so there is no bare wires? If one speaker is shorted often the whole amp will shut off to protect itself.

i have seen a few cases with sony where during an upgrade i needed to change the harness too..cause they had changed the pins as well as the colour code of the wires...
