It is an Avic 80 DVD/NAV unit with a separate pioneer flip out screen. The navigation unit is "frozen" in one spot geographically. The configuration menu said the antenna was "no good" so we replaced it but the unit is still stuck in this one spot, even after reset. Any suggestions other than sending it in for service?

have you tried resetting the unit? There is normally a small(pin sized) button somewhere to do this. IF not then try disconnecting pwr to it.
