I have recently bought a new Sony deck... i have installed it but my subwoofers only work when i have the source on radio not when i try to switch it to the cd(the subs dont work) there is no power to my amp or anything... i do have a toggle swtich installed aswell and i havent been able to figure out the problem if anyone can help please give this a reply... Thanks!

Many newer HU's have 2 blue REMote line wires. One triggers the power antenna, the other is constant remote for amps. Check the HU wire (blue) that is used now. You probably have the antenna feed line as REM now. When the HU is switched to CD/MP3 or Aux, no power to amp through that line.
Check the install manual for REM wiring details. This is a common problem we hear regularly on the board.
