I'm trying to get my trunk done and part of it is building a rack to place the amp. I bought 4 fans to keep it cool but I am not so sure about how to place them. All 4 blowing out, to get rid of hot air. 2 blowing fresh air in and 2 blowing warm air out, or all 4 blowing fresh air in. Please if u have any comments let me know.

Push pull seems to work best for most guys that need that feature. A pair of fans pushing in cool air past the amps and 2 on the opposing side, pulling hot air out. Almost need a psudo enclosure for the amps, to maximize air cooling though.

Might want to consider a thermostat controlled (bi-metal switch) fan system here as well. When ambient air in the rack reaches say 110 degrees F., the fans come on. When temperature drops below ~100 degrees, the fans shut off. Some high velosity fans can be pretty noisy in operation.

Yes, push pull works the best. It keeps a constant air flow going which keeps amps cool. Xtant uses this on their amps, one pulling air in and one sending air out. In most cases you really do not need fans, but it is never a bad idea to have good air flow around your amps.
