Yes, if you've visited the Adire website in the past few weeks, you noticed that it was missing a whole lot of things, and barely had anything on it. Its because Adire was re-doing their site, and now its much better. PROUD http://adireaudio.com/ They're introducing the all-new lines of drivers, such as the long-awaited 12"-18" Tumults, and the whole new army of Brahmas, Shivas, Tempests, Maelstroms, and Kodas. "Looking for the best mobile audio gear around? You've found it here at Adire Audio. No BS, flashy graphics, gimmicky giveaways. Just straight-ahead serious performance. Designed and built by audio fanatics for audio fanatics. Adire Audio. Get serious about sound." Just thought i'd share that with you guys! Its just my luck that i bought a Tumult 15" Mk1 about a month ago, only for them to revamp the lineup after i get an old model. I'm still gonna keep it, will probably be the same. MAD , Dan Replies (3) Buickman94 on 05/2/2005 14:03:15 Yea i noticed yesterday that they updated the site. My cousin just bought 2 shiva mark III's only to have the mark V's come out a few weeks later....what can you do? Has anyone here ever used Adires home audio stuff? If so, what do you have and what are your opionions on it. I would really like to get on of their kits to play around with. swez on 05/2/2005 19:23:20 I did a custom sealed enclosure for a guy a while back using a pair of Shiva Mark IV's. They sounded pretty solid for the money. He spec's a 1.5 cf/sub enclosure and used a 2 ohm, 600 Wrms amp to power them. They boomed well in that sedan he had with the flip down seats. Personally, I would have recommended a smaller enclosure for his needs. But, he likes Rap & Hip-Hop, so the deep boom was what he liked and got. It's been 2.5 years and I have not heard from him. So, I can only assume he is still bommin' proud with them. Also, a friend of mine bought a 12" Brahma about 2 years back. I was very impressed with the sound he got in a smaller sealed box, behind the seat of his F-150 Extended Cab. Other than that, Adire is one of the best in their biz at serving their customers. Lots of quality technical helps, reasonable pricings and veryy good warrantee support if needed. That's all I can tell ya. Swez danielm87 on 05/2/2005 20:24:37 I've got an Adire Tumult MK1 15in. "DIY" subwoofer in a 2CF sealed test box, receiving 400wRMS, and it is incredibly loud. I mean INCREDIBLY. But then again, the credit goes to Adire for making such a great sub. I dont have any friends or aquaintaces that have ever used any of Adire's kits, But i wouldnt think twice about them not being very nice. Adire is my Car Audio 'Brand Of Choice'. Some might call it a noob obsession with a popular brand, i say its the fact that i'm extremely satisfied with their product. (not to mention the fact that i'm technically beyond the 'noob' phase of the realm of Car Audio) If you cant find any opinions or reviews for Adire kits, i wouldnt hesitate to give them a try!
