HU: Pioneer 8600
Components: Elemental Designs eDi 6500's
Comp amp: eD Nine.2
Sub: Old eD 12K with the blue E on the cone
Sub amp: Avionixx AXT800.2

Currently using the 12K while I decide what sub to use next. Might be waiting for the avalanche 12"s to be released by Ascendant Audio or wait and see if Incriminator Audio has something that catches my eye when they release there new products this year. If not I might just go with a JL W6v2 just because they sound sooo damn nice.

Current Setup:

Factory 6x8s Front
Factory 5.25s Back
Factory Deck
Factory Amps

I pulled all signs of a stereo out of my car when I approached the new car purchase decision beginning of April, and I still haven't bought a car. I need to get a new car and get the following equipment in before my nads shrink any more:

CDT HD642DT
CDT HD62DT
Infinity Perfect 12(3)
Memphis MC3004
Memphis MC1000D

Of course, New car, new subs? amps?

I haven't written in a while, so I figured this would be a good topic to get me back into it!

Car:
2003 Suzuki Grand Vitara

In-Dash:
Pioneer Premier DEH-P860
Audio Control Epic-160

Speakers:
(16) Pyle PDMR5 5.25" Midrange
(4) Pyle PDMW6 6.5" Midwoofer
(2) Pyle PPA8 8" Woofer
(4) Power Acoustik Tweeter
(6) Pyle PDBT18 3.75" Bullet Horn Tweeter

Subwoofers:
(2) 2004 series 15" Kicker L7

Enclosure:
custom box, 5.0 cu.ft. / sub, slot vent, tuned @ 33.5Hz

Amplifiers:
(2) Kicker SX650.1 Digital (best investment ever!)
(3) Phoenix Digital PD-394 1000w, 4 Channel

Capacitor:
Alumapro 5 Farad (used for SX650.1's)

Wiring:
Knuconceptz 1/0 ga. Power & Ground, 4 ga. to amps
Knuconceptz 12 ga. & 16 ga. Speaker wire
Stinger Hyper Series RCA interconnects

Accessories:
12.1" flip-down monitor w/ Xbox
Blue accent lights (interior)
Red L.E.D under-car lights and washer nozzle lights

I think that's everything... My friend and I did all of this ourselves overnight, except for building the box (that took a week). When I get home in two weeks, I am purchasing an Optima Yellow Top battery (or equivalent, upwards of 850 CCA) and my friend and I are upgrading my "Big 3" to 1/0 ga. Also, I would love to upgrade my alternator. Since my car is not a well known one, I cannot find pre-upgraded alternators. Do any of you know somewhere I may be able to find one, or have one made w/out having to get the alternator out of my car (since it is in the Virgin Islands)? I go to school in MA. Thanx guys, and it's great reading up on all of your cars!

THis is a car audio forum, not a MOPS meeting (Mother's Of Pre Schoolers). Try MOPS.com for minivan installations.

:-)

Actually, most of our members are age 16-25...so not a lot of people changing diapers here...cept for Swez..who changes his own diapers.
