I am installing a alpine cd player cda-d852 in my 95 olds aurora. But I bought a wire harness and there is one more wire left. It is pink and black and called the audio interrupt lead in. What do i conect that in.

Our install Guru is on vacation this week so you may have to wait for his reply.
I am guessing that wire is perhaps a cell phone interrupt function. If you have an incoming call on a hard wired cell phone, the music goes to mute while you take the call ???
Check your Owners/Installers manual on that model Alpine HU and see if you can find details on that funcion.
