I posted a week or two ago because my sub wasnt kicking as hard as it was in the factory box. The one I made, was out of plywood, and several people commented that plywood is the worst possible material. So, I went out and bought a sheet of high density fiber board, as suggested by you guys.
So with that all said, I was wondering if someone could give me advice and opinions on how to build the best box. You probably need dimentions and specs of the speaker and space available. I don't have that now, but can have it in the next posting.

ok we need space avalivle, the sub being used make and model, RMS power being giving to sub, and also what are you looking for SQ(sound quality), SPL(pure volume as loud as posible), or SQL( a mix of the previous 2)
