yep sounds like a ground loop or bad alternator whine... what is your gain set at? and what deck do you have? is bass boost or any other boost on more then 1 or 2 db of boost?

also make sure all grounds are to bare metal of the cars body that is extremly important. even the HU should be grounded to the fire wall or body not to the factory gorund in the harness.

One more thing you could check is your RCA cables. They need to be as far away from the amp's power wires as possible. Like running down opposite sides of the car.

That and ground connection being solid are the two I'd check first. The area around the ground connection should be shiny silver metal, no rust and no paint. At least the size of a nickel or quarter.

i yi yi .. the BAT. RCA wires are runnin down the same side of the car and i need to ground the HU to the body and reground the amp. im just thinkin of rippin everything out untill i get my CDT Audio speakers and amp and wire it all in the summer cuz its a pain in the a s s workin with all that in the freezin cold weather.

thanks guys, at least i know what the problem is now.

ya RCA's and batery wire together are defiantly a no no can cause this type of noise..

as a temporary fix alot of times turning the gain a bit higher say from 2volts to 2.2-2.4volts well make the noise go away for the most part... the volume wont be quite as loud but it well make the noise undecernable for the most part.

It depends on if you are getting the noise from the deck or the amp. Turning the gain up may make it worse, but see what it does.... Then try turning it down.
