Well, its very obvious to see that it isnt hard to find components and full-range speakers for really cheap on Ebay. I'd do more looking but choose the speakers that you need and i think you'll be happy with the price.

ya didnt mention kickers. but i heard they are good too. im thinkin of gettin a pair for my rear deck and alpines for the front. thankx

for SQL, CDT, MB quart, infinity, diamond, alpine, ect. they are all wonderfull.. however CDT has there 2 way coaxils on www.thezeb.com for 45$ a pair. if they are anything like there components they are amazing.
not to mention you buy off ebay you get no warranty and take a small risk or get a used product... from the zeb you well get a brand new product under warranty. if it where me and i needed a solid set of coaxils for cheap i would go with these...
alpine type S are probaly the next choice i would have wonderfull speakers for the price. but to get them down in price on ebay or what not you arnt going to get a warranty or anything.

i ordered 2 pairs now i need an amp to power them or should i just run them off my HU ..my HU is a JVC KD-SX980

HU well be fine. they wel sound cleaner and fuller with a modest amp say 50watst rms per channel... www.thezeb.com has a 4 channel profile 60watts rms x 4 for 89$ i belive. it isnt a top of the line amp but it should put out close to what it is rated for.

from a stand point of simplicity i would go with a CD changer...

neither would work better really.. and Ipods can be a pain to hook to your car stereo.
