Hey folks,
Just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Christmas this year. This is my 4th Christmas with CK folks and I cannot imagine a better bunch of people gathered in one spot on the Net.

I think it is my 4th on here as well..
It certainly feels like christmas, we got 16 inches of snow at my folks house..... It is suppose to be 60 back in phoenix tomm....

A very special Thank You to those who participated in a needy family's Christmas surprise. Jennifer and I went there yesterday to deliver food, clothing and presents to this needy family.
They live in an old trailer park, have a physically challenged son who happens to love birds. A whole flock of Cockateals (Sp?) they had. Too funny... each bird has its own unique personality... just like the family, Gary (Dad), Pam (Mom) & Doug (son). I wish you all could have been there to see the astonishment in their eyes as we unloaded all that stuff on them.
I am so proud of those who participated and also proud of those who would have, if they could have done so. Your gifts and support will not be forgotten by all involved. I was deeply touched by all the generosity and Jennifer.... she just looked at me when I handed over a stack of checks and Moneygrams for this project. She just nodded and said... "David, you have some very special friends" ! I said... "Yes, I know that now Jennifer... more than ever before".
