how do i remove the flap on a bmw e39 stereo to fit an autoleads facia??????????????????????????????

flap?? what year and model of BMW?? on most e39's, you just remove the wood panels to the left and right of the radio and then unscrew it.

sorted now, the flap stays with the facia fitted, but you can only close it with the face removed.
