Got a question for you audio experts out there: for example, If i wire a class D mono block amp with 600 watts to two subs, would each sub be running at 300 watts or would they be running at 600 watts each? I've went to a few stereo shops and one person told me one thing and another told me the opposite. I just need to clarify what the speakers will be running at. thanks.

As you have said that the mono bloc puts out 600wrms to 2 subs at the given impedence then each sub shall be getting 300 wrms .

Victor...

PS:- if the impedences of both the subs are different the the sub with the lower impedence will be pulling more power from the amp .. but in the case u mentioned above both the subs will be getting same power.
