Are the speaker wires Amplifyed and the 2 rca outputs preamped or is it the other way round

RCA wires typically carry low voltage audio signals from a source (HU) to an outboard amp.
Speaker wires are used to carry larger voltage audio signals from the amp, to a speaker.
