Can you explain it a little better? Use model numbers and be as specific as possible. We can sort out the info that we don't need so don't be afraid to put too much in.... sv82 on 06/30/2003 22:41:18 i just got my hands on a dvd player for my car i got it for free,i already have the screen, so i want to install the dvd in my car the problem is that the output is a regular rca audio and video ,better yet ill put a link where u can find the pics of the dvd player its the only place i could find http://www.mp3playerstore.com/stuff_you_need/dvd/mp-9.htm i have a 96 mustang v6 thanks Pinch on 07/1/2003 03:02:31 Hey there. I know that at Circuit City it is possible to get an RCA to Line Level converter which will take a signal from 4 v Preout to the high (with respect to RCA) voltage speaker outputs factory systems are used to. This probably won't work for video...just the audio. Are you looking to just hook this DVD player into a factory system? Does your Mustang have the Mach 460 Premium sound system? Finally, do you have a screen on which you plan to play these dvds? 'Cause it looks like the unit you have a link for is just a player, not a display. In my experience, people mount the players (like you've got) under a seat, run a multi-channel RCA cable to the dash, and connect it to some sort of monitor.
