which one of these is the best and least: JBL, JL, INFINITY Replies (2) Munchiesyumm on 11/30/2004 01:33:18 It's hard to compare the brands by a whole.. You basically to find out which is the best by finding out which meets you're ear and car requirments. JBL is a very superior brand with some absolute topline drivers, and amplifiers. JL audio is known for superior sound quality and good construction and design however you're paying a lot for the brand. Infinity is a good line also, it's also based in the sound quality department with some solid performing subwoofers however you are limited to their smaller selection of products. JBL - Over all Superior in Quality and Price JL audio - Superior sound quality and construction with a very high price and a very high brand for enthusists. Infinity - Moderate prices with solid performing equiptment Hard question to anwser.. You really gotta tell us what you're interested in doing so we can give some help on how to chose what's best for you and you're price range. Everyone is after something different, it's hard to take that first step and figure out what you want. swez on 11/30/2004 03:37:36 JBL & Infinity are sister companies. Both companies are owned by Harman Intl. They are starting to share some technologies typically found in high end Pro and HT applications. JBL/Crown have teamed up on several of the new amp designs and Infinity is now coming on line with some pretty solid amp and speaker products too. They know their business well. JL is no slouch either. Solid amps, speakers and subs are their calling card. They do not sell off the net and do not warrantee products purchased off the web either. You get them at high end car audio salons for the most part. The only drawback to JL is their pricing. JL has a lot of "snob appeal". Aside from that, great products, above average tech support and solid performers. Swez Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
