Wiring kit to match amp+subs?

I'm eyeballing this greatly priced amp wiring kit on e-bay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18796&item=5728798936&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Will this be sufficient to hook up my 2 subs?
Amp will be running 400 watts@4ohms.

20 ft. of twelve guage will be okay for two 400rms subs correct?

Just to make sure - does this kit include everything i will need to get the juice flowing and the subs making noise? will i need to buy fuses or anything else?

ok yes this well work... but this is a very generic kit. the RCA cables do not look very well shielded and the power wire may not be the best...

i personaly bout a Phoenix gold kit for mine it was only 59$ and it was 2 gauge wire.. chances are you can egt a 8gauge name brand kit for 30-50$ ... the mroe wire count the power wire has the better it can transfer the power. adn the better shielded the RCA's are the less chance of picking up interferance.

honestly you get what you pay for no need to pay an extreme amount for soemthing but if somehting like this kit is 7$ and most name brand ones ar over 40$ then you should expect to get what you paided for.

basicaly would you get a ferrari and then put the cheapest oil you could find in the motor? you seem to have a solid amp and subs thats the ferrari and now your buying cheap wiring kit... remember your system is only as good as its weakest link..

like i said no need to buy a 150$ wiring kit but i suggest spending at least 30-40$ on ebay and get a decent one from a good company.

Help me out here! i've only got 3 days left, i already bid!

Yep, much better setup. This is a #4 gage kit and will handle about 100A worth of current. The RCA connectors are definitely a better grade jacket and terminations. I'd say... "Do It" !!!

do not run anything less then an 8 awg, better to have too much then too little here and this gives you the chance to upgrade to a bigger amp later if you want(I know, what are the chances :)

Old post, recently found what appears to be an actual quality kit for a good price. Well shielded RCAs, high quality power cable, 80A fuse, everything else, 4 gauge looks good too.
