Here are a few pics of my Kia..
Yes, I am a diamond audio freak. The only parts of my entire system that are not diamond are the HU (Alpine CDA-9835), the RCAs and speakerwires (Stinger).
a few notes on the pictures..
The front door panels looked really good until cold weather hit, and the glue on the vinyl let go. I have to remove them, restretch and reglue the vinyl. I accomplished my mission though, to angle them back and up, instead of firing straight in. The HU is a 9835, I am adding the Alpine DSP soon, so there will be another faceplate below it, or I may put the faceplate for the DSP on top since the 9835 has three tilt angles on it. The 6.5 components are in a temporary box, which also hides all of the wires from the crossovers. I will relocate these when the back end is customized. The sub is a diamond M6 10" (old style, not the mark II). The amp on the left is a diamond D5 1200.1 and the one on the right is the same series 600.4. The box is temporary, one I built last week at the shop during down time. The inside is covered with uv reactive carpet that I printed at the carpetmill where I work nights (again, I had some downtime). I used a blacklight behind the sub to show it off. The box specs are 1.5 sealed and 3.0 ported with a 2"x14"x9"deep port. I used a thin layer of polyfill on the inside of the ported side to get rid of the echo it had. and the Ballz logo is one that my coworker and I came up with. This box hit 144.7 dB friday when I had it tested at our other shop in Dalton. I think I could have pushed it harder, but my manager was standing there, and I have blown 2 subs already this month testing out boxes.
Please excuse the messy car, it does look good when it is clean, really!

Very nice install here Kit! Diamond Audio gear is an excellent choice.
Interesting design on the Comps. Where are you planning to install them?

eventually, the back seat is coming out, and they will be somewhere in the general area of where the backseat headrests are now. I am thinking of putting the midrange speakers there, and the tweets in the very back in the headliner. The headliner rolls down in the back to an angle that, if tweeters were mounted there, they would fire directly at the center console.

yea good work. I have been a big fan of diamond for a while and hope to someday hear the hex 3 ways I have hiding under my bed next to the pg octane amp.

But whats up with the "steal me stickers"? No need to advertise.......
