Can't sell sub on ebay, anywhere else?

Hey, I got a message from ebay saying I can't sell my sub there because I used a copywrited picture or writing (I copied and pasted the picture and description from a search I did on google since I don't have a digital camera).

It said I can't sell it or anything similar or I could get kicked off ebay.

Is there anywhere else to sell it (besides local classifieds)? I have 2 Infinity Perfect subs and am going to just use one of them in a ported box.

I don't want to risk getting kicked off ebay so I'm looking for another place (without using copywrited info this time) GRIN .

Thanks,
Alan

Tradin Times is one thought. Also, E-bay w/o pic and give your own general discription of what you are selling.

Maybe you can have a buddy take a few digi-shots and write your own ad. I see that done all the time there.

walmart will develop standard pictures and put them on a disk for you as well for a few dollars more.

OK thanks guys!
Maybe it's a good thing this happened. Now I can sell the sub for free (although maybe not for as much). GRIN

I'll try the carsound site while in the mean time I'll try convincing my wife to get a digital camera SMILE

the only bad part of the carsound forum is that there are alot of very big, very sensative egos.............. Most people will require a pic prior to closing the deal. Don't have a freind that could hook ya up?

if you use the picture from the manufactueres web site they are ok with it at least ebay has always been ok with me using them. and also use your own general description.

OK, I thought that the picture couldn't be used because of Infinity's copywrites, so I guess I used some other business' picture of another owner's.

I'm still afraid to try and re-list it on ebay since they told me not to re-list this or anything simmilar (although I don't understand why).

There loss though, they're not going to get my $2.00 for listing, or my $6-7 for the sale. GRIN That'll teach 'em. OK, maybe not.

I don't know of anyone with a digital camera, but I can find someone else to sell it on ebay for me. I just won't get that nice remark from the buyer :(
