I am having problems set up the sound performance. I have read and been to dealer i bought from, 3 times. TThe factory system came with a 20 watt amp, but i am not sure if that is stll conectted and if is would that be causing problems? please help

if the stock amp is still hooked up that would cause problems. if you ahd a dealer install it though they should of and in many cases have to disconect it.
what exactly are your problems here though what performance problems are you having? we haev to have specifics to be able to narow down the problem.
