Anything wrong with your Kicker 10's now? They may sound a little weak in the low bass region in a PU truck box... but going to a larger ported box and mid-sized SUV, you could pick up several more dB of spl and better lows, if willing to try a different enclosure.

Are these Kicker Comps (4 ohm SVC's), Comp VR's (DVC 4+4) or other Kicker brand? That amp mentioned, have a link or know the RMS power output rating per channel at 2,4 ohms stereo & 4 ohms bridged?

PS In the right enclosure design, a pair of quality 10's can do a nice job. It's all in the install and box design.

yeah i have noticed the kickers are a little lacking in the low bass range and the subs are pretty old not worth dinkin with. they are an old set of kicker st103 truck boxes either 4 or 8 ohm not sure. they still sound good for bein that abused tho i dont think they make st103's anymore, they moved on to the st100 . thinking of going with some eclips 10's 4 ohm to match the amp i dont like to frankeinstien things kinda late lol any imput??
