Anyone had any dealings with this company? They seem to have some great deals out there. How's customer service,shipping etc?

Many have used them on this site and other sites too. Very good reports on delivery, communication and fair pricing on their gear.
I have had contact with thier Management team a few times and that was top notch as well. The tech support team has a few bugs to work out... but overall, they are a fine company.

There a great company. I've bought a couple of things from them and i got everything shipped to me quickly. They also have a price match so if you find somethin cheaper somewhere else they'll give it to you for that price or cheaper. Thats what they did for my dynamat.

i have bought a few things from them they have wonderfull prices and well match others prices. they ship thing extrmly quicly and there tech support is definatly top notch..

I have bought a few things from them and never had any problems. Their customer service seems to be decent and shipping has always been fast. A couple of weeks ago my Pioneer CD player that I bought from them quit on me. I took it to my local authorized Pioneer repair center and it was repaired no questions asked. So I guess thats a big thumbs up to anyone that was wonderiung about warranties on their products.

great servicce fast delivery and good prices I had no problems at all. They sometimes are out of stuff so you have to keep checking.
