I HAVE A KENWOOD SETUP IN MY CHEVY S-10. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE WHEN I ALL OF A SUDDEN WHILE DRIVING MY GAUGES FLASH AND STARTED GETTING STATIC THRU MY SPEAKERS. I CHECK FUSES AND CONNECTION TO MY AMP NEXT I'M CHECKING GROUND. JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I SHOULD LOOK FOR ANYTHING ELSE.

are only the guages flashing or all the lights? if just the guages i would think somehitng may be wrong with the dimmer wire. if its all the lights i would think you where drainging your battery,. howvere the statuc is a confusing issue here... check all your connections make sure nothign is shorting out. aside from that i dont know.

you can turn caps lock off if you like its gets sort of anoying reading a whole post like that.

Sounds like you may have tapped into a wrong wire in the harness during the install process... Dash lights for dimmer yes, other than that, NOPE.
Also, Aftermarket HU's require a ground to chassis or floor pan. If using stock harness ground, noise can become an issue due to ground loops.
Let's see what ttocs or Kit have to say about that gage problem. They are Pro Installers.
