i am wiring up a second amp to my car and i need to know what

The REM off your HU will support 2 amps. Just run a jumper from Amp A REM, to Amp B REM and you are good to go.
Do not use antenna feed REM as when in CD or AUX mode, the amp will not turn on. Antenna drops down after CD is activated, so there is no power on that line except in AM/FM modes.

The REM stands for REMOTE wire from your Head Unit. The REM carries low voltage to turn your amplifier(s) on and off. There is only power running through it when the HU is turned on. When the HU is off..there is no voltage running through it.
I dont quite know what your talking about when you say "system control" but im sure one of the others might know around here.
