Ok, scratch the sub, for now... I'm looking into getting two 6x9's to put in the back deck. Looking at some Pioneer's. The problem is, I dont know what else I need. Do I need an amp also? Will my stock 2000 Toyota Camry system power the replacement speakers? What should I do?

pretty sure you pull the back seat to install them.
An amp will help but is not needed imediatly........
