Hey guys, what's up? I am wondering if you guys can help me. My car is a chrysler sebring lxi and i just purchased some subs and an amp for it, as well as a deck. The problem is, I still am using the infinity amp for the treble and....(We did try different decks) the only one that still works with the infinity system amp is the stock! And of course it has no rca connectors...I know there must be something the stock amp is doing to get the signal from the stock deck but I can't figure out what it is....anyways, if you can give me any advice, I would appreciate it.

there are ways to run aftermarket Head Units(HU) with stock amped systems some of the other guys here can tell you how to do that.

as for using the stock deck and your sub amp this is duable by useing LOC's Line Out Converter it converts the speaker wires into RCA's and bam those run to amp. all the stuff needed to do this should not run more then 30$ hope this gets you pointed in the rigght direction

Also, if you amp has high signal inputs (speaker level) this may be useful as you can just tap the rear speakers and power it off the rear deck speakers.

Infinity amp systems are usually bypassed when using Aftermarket HU's. New speakers will help a lot as Infinity OEM speakers are not up to par with Infinity or other brand Aftermarket speakers. The OEM versions are very cheap and whimpy compared to most quailty Aftermarket speakers.

There are bypass harnesses avialable to allow for Aftermarket amps and such... but many Pro installers know that grip it and rip it out is usually superior to cobbling a mixture of both.

See what ttocs or Kittle has to say on the matter, before you make your final choices.
