Well, my truck is going to be going through some MASSIVE changes very soon. I am going to basically smooth and paint the entire enterior includind the floor and headliner, taking the back seat out building a new encloser for that area, and so forth.

The thing is, i want to represent this site !
and i was looking for the ok to go ahead and have some lettering done for my WindSheild to read something like so.

Team Knoweledge

Team Club Knoweledge.

but it doesn't sound right, so i am looking for suggestions, i would like to stay away from the www.blank.com stuff though for particular reason.

How does this sound, so when i tour the local comp's and car show's i can talk about this site and tell people where to come for help and general information as well as a place to hang out.

That would be so totally the bomb man! We will have to decide on the name.

Sweet, i didn't want to do anything until you responded Walt.

you see this was the first forum i really liked and posted to all the time, i learned alot here as well. And now that it's back i want to be part of it again. I think this would be cool having a name on the Wind Sheild, cause at a show people are Bound to ask, what is that for ???

And when i am done with the truck, belive me, people will be talking to me. SMILE i am cocky when it comes ot my truck cause i am doing the whole thing myself which for what i am doing is pretty impressive to me, probably not to some of the more experienced around here though.

yes, I have recently ordered a decal from my other forum (reads "team CAC" or car audio central, and it would be cool if clubknowledge had a decal of some sort for sale. just an idea, but it would be cool to have a couple decals to let these idiot kids know with their xplode crap that they arent going to be trying to "bump" next to me if ya know what i mean ;)

I'll make a Decal for us ..

You may find something you like here at The CK Store.

CK doesn't make a dime on these but they are very valuable to us for spreading the word.

Wear them with pride knowing your helping to build our Club up to a super fun place to be.. Spread the word about ClubKnowledge Car Audio with the cool products at The CK Store! HAPPY

I think its a great idea, and blitz i like ur reasoning behind it...

xplicitblitzboi on 06/4/2003 00:13:29
now that i read over my post again, what i said about the kids doesnt make a whole lot of sense, but i guess you guys get the picture. just need to give these kids a reason not to try to show off ;)

Well, Walt i have an even better idea !

Why not make a Decal for the wind shield 's, windows, bumpers. And Charge a little bit more, make a profit to Support the site, that way it will help pay for it as well as the donations, this way it's not all comming out of your pocket, belive me i know atleast 6 guy's here that would pay for one.

including me ;)

I could do something like that as well. But I am not big into "steal me sticker" or stickers in general. as long as it wasn't too big and bright I would be in...

I like the very clean look. If you ever get the chance to see my black camaro, its pretty much black. I had an Audiobahn sticker on my speaker box thats all. Stickers for me are the mandatory that the state says I should have. The area I live in its like mounting a "Please bust my windows in" logo in neon lights to the top of my car.

So I pretty much agree with ttocs. Maybe stick it around my install on my amprack or something.

I'd be fine with one of the logo T-shirt's...I'd sport it to local DB Drags and such.

I guess thats the advantage of having a garage, i dont leave my car anywhere for too long, or at least the one im gonna be putting the 2 stickers on ;) not too big, just something to let ppl know im not screwing around, and the alarm i just got isnt bad 2 ;)

If the decal was more generic in detail, it may be less inviting to thieves than a huge RF/Fusion/MY etc., sticker. Something somewhat benign, that solicits questions at a COMPS or when showing off your gear.

Could always mount the decal to a small sheet of plexiglass and use velcro to put on/take off as needed ??? No advertising when you don't want to show your gear off.

Or one of those static cling plastic ones that you can take off and put on anytime you want. i think those are cool. my school used those for the parking passes instead of the annoying stickers.

RTM

Those arent even that expensive to get printed
