never heard anything about this bran "Profile" but good specs and options and some good prices for anyone looking for sub amps or 2 or 4 channel amps.

check them out might be a good option for lower price range applications.

i think crutchfield used to carry profile. i checked the zeb out. seem pretty sturdy, good fuse ratings. and the ones i looked at seemed to have either 2 or 3 cooling fans for better performance at long lengths of play. prices seem really decent too. i wonder if they are a sister company of one of the big names. good find chronos.

yeh they might still have some laying around, audio-warehouse.com sells them too just not as cheap i think the fans are for show lol not that much watts

fans actualy are very ncie to have built into amp in my opinion... even at low wattage applications having the air moving always helps. a differnce of a couple degrees can make a big differnce. in how long thinsg last and what not.

for instance a computer only uses about 300-400watts of power but most good power sources haev 2 fans built in. because they last longer and operate better at lower temps.

oh yea my comp has one fan and it has a 400 watt supply and that sucker gets hot up to 150 degrees sometiems, but that different than a amp you dont run it like that all day lol, I got a pioneer amp that pumps out 380 rms it doesnt have a fan and it sets under my pickup seat, yeh it does get a little warm, i dont think it will get igniting temperature

i know the fans work quite well. i have a budy with an mtx class d amp think its the 500d. puts out a lil more than my kx 600.1s do but damn that think gets hot, i can run both kx6001.s for 5 to 6 hours at 75% volume and you cant really even feel a difference.
