Hi all, I am trying to remove the dash in a 99 passat to change the stereo. Two skrews in the cavity are easy to find but there must be one or two more somewhere. It aint budgin' near the air controls. Any clues / inside info. thanx. It seems to be secured somewhere else. I'll get a pro to look at it as advised. Thanks for your time. ttocs on 07/20/2004 15:08:07 Sometimes they like to hide 2 small torx screws under some small square plates on the end of the radio. Loosen them and the radio will slide out. You should not have to remove any part of the dash. Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
