Just want to apoligize for my loser friend that was on my computer tonight. He logged on as the Rick James ID. I was upstairs talking to my girlfriend and I didn't know he was on here, he must have found this site in my favorites.
I just want to make sure that my IP doesn't get banned because I like coming to this site and it has provided me with valuable information. I will make sure he doesnt do it again.

the banning of IP was more of a threat(i think) i just wanted to scare the guy off... honestly he didnt do anything that every other childish moron hasnt done before just cheesed me off a bit when he actualy responded to a question here and gave advise that could do 100's of dolars in damage... i deleted most of his posts already though and since it was so late no big damage done....

I guess I missed all the rukus but sounds like Chronos repaired most of the damage. Whew... glad it was not you Jay.
Can I offer some "Fatherly" suggestions? Be careful who we hang out with as good people can often be corrupted by bad influences.
That "friend"... put your good reputation (IP address) in question here. Fortunately, someone (good catch Chronos) learned of it soon enough to catch it before it did major damage. Thanks for coming forth with the rest of the story, so we now know it was not you.
Consider having a good chat (calmly confront him with the facts) with your (so called) buddy and see how he reacts. If he sees the error in his judgement... you may have won a true friend. However, if he denies or gets overly defensive/combative about the matter, this is someone who may cause you much harm down the road. He broke your trust and has to earn it back. In short, may we all choose our friends wisely.

Actually the funny thing is he came and told me what he did while laughing about it. It was late and we just got home from downtown so I guess he thought it be funny when it really wasnt. I don't think it would have been that bad except for the fact that he replied to a question with bad advice.
