Anyone know who runs ampmanaudio.com? I've heard its website thrown around in discussions before. I ordered a box from the company a good 14+ days ago. I have no shipping information, and have contacted the website over 3 times now with out a response. I'm getting a bit annoyed and worried. Is the site legit? Where in the world is my package?! Ah!

Heh... yeah, i'm starting to tweak. They have a phone # to call for technical support / customer service. I'll give it a ring later tonight and find out what is going on. I just wanted the box i ordered so i can finish my installation. Guess I'm anxious.

Welp... I just recieved a generic e-mail from the company. I guess they are re-vamping the site. All internet orders have been cancelled / put on hold, and I will be contacted by the company in the next few days. I wish I had known all this before i waited two weeks... :( But atleast i;ve been clued into what was going on.

yea, they got some great stuff on that site and i know from experience that the site is legit, u lookin at the subzero boxes? nice stuff but kinda expensive, although nothing on that site is cheap, and quality comes at a price.

Yeah, they have good gear. I picked up some RCAs and few other things i needed for my install as well. I bought the SubZero Brahma Box, has that nice metal wire grill. Box was on close-out, $249, and that included the shipping, so that isn't all that bad for a good box.

its on closeout because they arent selling the brahma anymore. ampman doesnt like the reliability problems the brahma has been having so he stopped sale of them. I just like to drool over the sinfoni amps....hahaha i wish i had 2 grand to drop on amps... GRIN

ampman no longer carries many products, i belive the only subwoofers he sells now are Arc Audio, he is having some major difficulty with his buisness at the moment, plus he no longer has a staff so he hasn't responded to messeges yet. BE PERSISTANT.

Yeah, I'm pretty aggrivated right now. On MAY 8th my credit card was charged $249.00. I have nothing to show for it. That's quite upsetting. The company shouldn't charge till the item is shipped! Not to mention I've been waiting almost 30 days now for this box, which has made me wait 30 days to put my system in my car! UGH. I just want them to give me a refund and I will take my business elsewhere.

Anyone know know much about cancelling credit card bills? Seems AmpManAudio.com isn't going to be giving me a refund anytime soon, and I want a refund on what I was billed for. Is this possible? I'll call my credit card company today, but I don't know how to prove that I haven't recieved the items.
